Shipping to Europe (E.U.) and to the U.S.:

We are pleased to offer free shipping and duties-paid (DDP) for all shipments to the E.U. and the U.S. All orders ship from our factory in Soncino, Italy by DHL. Please count 2-5 business days for your order to arrive according to your location.

U.S. orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We are unable to ship to either a P.O. Box or military addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping to the rest of world (Excludes E.U. and the U.S.):

All orders ship from our factory in Soncino, Italy by DHL. Shipping times and costs are calculated at check-out. Please count 2-10 business days for your order to arrive according to your location.

As duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities of the respective destination country, they are not included in your Câllas Milano invoice. You are responsible to pay the duties and taxes that are assessed on your shipment, which we estimate to be between 0-30% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, which you will need to pay to release the shipment.
