Designs are rooted in a menswear inspired wardrobe, definitively made for women, perfected over decades and expertly and responsibly produced in Italy, updated with a feminine appeal: sharper cuts, leaner lines, and (certo!) with an ease and looser attitude.
For Fall 2022, we’ve omitted the linings and the starch to create smart, wardrobe essentials with sensual, lived-in appeal. The suit, in supple washed velvet, has extra-long trousers and an extra lean jacket. It comes in a delicious caramel but also a maraschino cherry pink. Perché non? The perfect jumpsuit has just the right balance of crisp and comfy. Our Tyrol jacket, in graphic black and white, wears more like a soft cardigan, inviting you to throw it over a T-shirt. And, on the topic of cardigans, who doesn't love the "signora look." But questa signora also has a languid side, flashing a bit of leg in Câllas mix-matched leopard print silk. Our teddy bear coat, spun in sweater-weight silk and wool, tops everything off with ease.
Another reason to smile? We are proudly setting a new standard for sustainable luxury with ethically sourced materials and conscious manufacturing practices: 50% of the fall collection already meets our goals. (Next year, we are aiming for 75%.)
