Free Returns – United States
We offer complimentary returns within the U.S. for eligible merchandise. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our return policy, excluding any items marked as Final Sale.
Return Policy
To ensure a smooth return process, please carefully review the following guidelines:
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in unworn, pristine condition, with all Câllas Milano and garment tags securely attached and original packaging intact.
• We regret that items that are worn, damaged, soiled, or missing original tags cannot be accepted.
• Returns not meeting these conditions may be declined and returned to you at your expense without a refund.
Size Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit matters. While our garments follow Italian sizing standards, we recommend using the sizing guide found on each product page to determine your local size equivalent.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order for the desired size.
International Returns (Europe & Rest of the World)
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed according to the return policy outlined above, excluding Final Sale items. Please note:
• Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
• Return shipping and any applicable duties are the customer’s responsibility

How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account or click here
2. Select the order you wish to return
3. If the order contains multiple items, select which items to return
4. Choose a return reason and add a note if needed
5. Click "Request Return"
6. U.S. customers: Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a pre-paid return label. If not, email us at hello@callasmilano.com to request one
7. International customers: Please arrange your own return shipping and duties to the address listed above
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned items.
• For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be issued to the original card within 5 business days after processing.
• Timelines may vary depending on your card provider. Please contact them directly for updates on posting.

For international orders, original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable, and any return-related duties or shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
