Shipping to Europe (E.U.) and to the U.S.:

We are delighted to offer free shipping and duties-paid (DDP) for all shipments to the E.U. and the U.S. Your order will be shipped from our factory in Soncino, Italy via DHL. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

Please note that U.S. orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarder addresses. Any orders that do not meet these requirements may be subject to cancellation.

Shipping to the rest of world (Excludes E.U. and the U.S.):

All orders, excluding those to the E.U. and the U.S., will be shipped from our factory in Soncino, Italy via DHL. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at the checkout. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

Please be aware that duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in your Câllas Milano invoice. You are responsible for paying the assessed duties and taxes, which we estimate to be between 0-30% of the total amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will directly contact you upon your order's arrival through customs to request payment for the applicable charges, which must be paid to release the shipment.
